Mozon Investment Holding Company, Kingdom of Morocco
In June 2007, VCBank and its strategic partners completed the establishment of Mozon Investment Holding Company in the Kingdom of Morocco, with a paid-up capital of US$ 20 million.
Mozon is currently analyzing several possible projects in alliance with its Moroccan partners. These include Real Estate Commercial Company, Al Burooj Real Estate Investment, Al Khaleeji Investment House, and Aayan Leasing and Investment.
The new company will provide several well-governed investment channels for a large GCC investor base, particularly those who are interested in entering the promising assortment of markets and sectors in the Kingdom.
