Venture Capital Bank Invests in the Shipping Industry.
Venture Capital Bank announced the signing of a joint venture agreement with Lemissoler Shipping Group PCL in Cyprus. Under the agreement a Shipping company, Lemissoler Maritime Company W.L.L will be established in the Kingdom of Bahrain with the objective of acquiring, owning and operating a fleet of commercial vessels.

Venture Capital Bank BSC (c) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) yesterday (Sunday 10 February 2008), at the Sheraton Hotel, to discuss the last year performance and to distribute 15% cash dividends proceeding the Bank’s phenomenal financial performance during 2007.
