MoU Signed Between Venture Capital Bank and Commercial Real Estate Company with the Biggest Financing and Development Institution in the Kingdom of Morocco
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has recently been signed in the Moroccan capital Rabat by a Gulf- Moroccan alliance to participate in different fields of investment activities which are plentiful and still untapped in the Kingdom of Morocco.

Abha City Centre Development Project
In the framework of the efforts made by Abha City authorities, and with the encouragement and support of the Prince of Aseer His Royal Highness Prince Khalid Al Faysal Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, and Chairman of the Investment Council in the Region, to develop Abha City Centre and to make the city one of the most important tourist attractions, a co-operation agreement was signed among an alliance comprising Venture Capital Bank, Commercial Real Estate Company, and Siraj Capital Company on the one hand and the Investment Council in Aseer Region on the other hand.

Venture Capital Bank, Bahrain, was recently appointed as the Fund Manager to one of two planned investment funds to be jointly established by Siraj Capital (Saudi Arabia) and Johor Corporation (JCorp), the investment arm of Johor State, the southern most state of the Malaysian Peninsula.
